Author's note: I must comment a bit about
the pictures and the photographers who now appear on my 'Guest
Page'. They are international people--they love the world and
love to travel as do my wife and I. Recently they had a time together
in Iceland, and the flower photos of Birgitta were taken there
in July, 2001. They are beautiful and lovely! Bob has been for
some time a "photo person". His photo of the Rhododendron
has special meaning to him as it was planted by his Father many
years ago. We continually send one another photos from our respective
homelands, Bob's-England and mine-California. I can think of no
two people that I would rather have featured than them. Thank
you friends! You both are most appreciated! Bob and Ann-July 2001,
California

"Nature has been for me, for as long
as I remember, a source of solace, inspiration, adventure, and
delight; a home, a teacher, a companion."-----Lorraine Anderson

"The artist is the confidant of
nature, flowers carry on dialogues with him through the graceful
bending of their stems and the harmoniously tinted nuances of
their blossoms, Every flower has a cordial word which nature directs
towards him."
-----Auguste Rodin
